Marcel Rudolph - Resort Facility Manager

Marcel was born in Berlin, Germany and spent most of his life there. After studying traffic engineering, he worked in many different jobs and ran his own small companies too. Due to his profound knowledge gained as a car mechanic, or working in the tourism industry in Asia, there is hardly anything that Marcel isn’t capable of. With his creativity and motivation to find long-term solutions, he is a jack of all trades - perfectly made for the demanding job on our remote island.

Diving is one of Marcel’s big passions and he completed his Dive Instructor in Bali. As systematically as working above the water, Marcel loves to scan every inch of the reefs for macro life. He is especially fond of sponges!

Wanting to work and live in paradise, it was an easy decision for Marcel to come to Pulau Pef. His calm and funny character make him a great co-worker and thanks to his broad interests, he is a fascinating conversation partner too.
