The restaurant is the heart of the resort for our guests from all over the world. We meet here to enjoy the delicious meals together at one big table. In an informal atmosphere, our guests share their daily experiences, often leading to long and entertaining conversations.
The open over water restaurant serves three meals a day. Additionally, snacks, fruit, coffee, tea and drinking water are available all day long. |
For breakfast you will find a buffet with fresh bread, cereals, pancakes, eggs, fruit, cheese and more. If you like fried rice in the morning – just order a Nasi Goreng in the kitchen.
There is a buffet again for lunch, featuring mainly typical Indonesian meals. For dinner, three Indonesian courses, sometimes with a western touch, will be served at the long table by our chef Ali and his team. The staff have their meals in the restaurant too, and if you feel like trying authentic local food, just grab some from the staff buffet. |
You are also very welcome to grab the whisk and prove yourself in the Pef kitchen with your own specialty! Or would you like to learn how to cook Indonesian dishes or our home made Sambal? The kitchen team is always happy to help and they will put their heart and soul in it.
All meals are prepared with fresh ingredients. We buy fresh fish from local fishermen and vegetable from nearby villagers who come to our resort with their own boats. Additionally, we buy most of the fresh goods once a week from the market in Sorong where local people sell their fruit, vegetables and spices. |
